Customer service from Clayton Homes responded with an email and I supplied them with the home serial number. Then I received a call from a person at the location where I bought the home. They said someone from the factory will come out after the first of the year.

Good experience with local branch, but not happy with what private contractor did with excavating foundattion and pouring footers and walls. Hole was 9' off, footers uneven, walls were 3" out of square!!
