Purchased mobile home from Clayton Mobile Homes out of Tennessee. Had big lump in center under marriage wall, was told that it would settle, has not settled.

Rug looks really bad because of this. Roof leaking with a 25 year warranty and can't get anyone to fix it. Unable to get a home equity loan for improvements because it is not a stick built home and does not have a permanent foundation.

Had the title quashed to make mobile home part of the land, no tongue no wheels how are we supposed to move it? So tired of this!!!

Review about: Clayton Homes Mobile Home.

If it's not on wheels and has footers or foundation that should be considered a permanent home. I would think, i was told even a mobile home on wheels can be re-titled or deeded if it's put on a foundation without the wheels under it.
