Home has been set up barely 1 year old and there is an unconfirmed leak in the sprinkler system AND mold in the bedroom closet. This was brought to the attention of the local Clayton Homes store on May 23.
I received zero follow up after 2 weeks. Once I followed up, I was then sent to Karsten Homes, the manufacturer in the regional office in Sacramento. They sent out a company that provided a mold remediation estimate, we were then told they wouldn't pay for it because it took too long and they are charging too much to cut some boards out. Still no plumber, sprinkler company and/or leak detection company to detect leak.
After over 6 weeks I contacted Clayton Corp. in TN and was promised it would be handled. After 8 weeks and several messages with several people STILL NO RETURN CALL, NO UPDATE, NO WORKK DONE, NO WORD. MOLD STILL IN HOME.
