To much to write for me we Bought in dec 2019 just moved in july 15th. Soo many problems.

And them not telling us issues on their lot once home was done.

We never would have had them bring it to us had they told us what happened .you would think we bought a 30 year old house. What a nightmare

My shower pan is cracked in the master bath, Clayton home set a repair guy out here that just told me he was unable to repair it..... He Point Blank said it was Miss installed and he wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole So far I've tried to reach the factory rap, who never answers the phone and I'm waiting for a call back, good call my salesman explain how pissed off I am oh, and he said he'd see what he could do waiting to hear back!

Left us hanging after we paid for prep work for home. Refused to build model we ordered

After paying for clearing numerous trees,grading,septic,etc. Clayton refused to build home with just 3-4 weeks left to delivery date. Delivery date was bumped twice as well.Then tried to offer a larger home,which would not fit on area prepped. And would have to upgrade septic from 2 to 3 bedroom home. Very upset.

User's recommendation: Be careful ordering new models. If they don't get enough orders for that particular one they will cancel and screw you.

Manufacturer refused to build home we put large deposit on. After clearing,grading,septic etc. Just 3 - 4 weeks before delivery date

After paying a large amount of money not just for deposit on home,but clearing numerous trees,grading,septic,etc. The area prepped was graded to dimensions of specific model ordered. Just about 3 - 4 weeks before delivery date( which was changed twice) we were told they refused to make that 2021 model. Tried to offer a larger home in it's place,however it wouldn't fit in area we already prepped. And would have to pay to upgrade to 3 bedroom septic permit. We spent enough already. This is horrible way to do business. Shameful!

How long are Clayton homes roofs warranty for

My roof blew away in wind storm supposed to be able to withstand 110 mph winds if installed properly

Bad Product worse customer service

Purchased in 2017 had nothing but problems. They never finish install repairs, a/c only works in 1/2 of the house. They never leveled the house properly claiming it was the foundation *the foundation they said was needed* turned out to be family of the sales guy and just garbage. Floors are already sagging and they use any cheap contractor who don't know what they are doing if they even show up. They are rude and once you sign papers to buy could care less if you even get your home delivered and set up. This company does not care about the consumer only about making as much money as possible on a subpar product.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM CLAYTON HOMES!!!!

My door needs fixing

Clayton Homes - My door needs fixing
Each winter we've had issues with the back door on our new house letting cold air in. Clayton Homes of Frankfort NY managed by Matt Bushey has been contacted multiple times but there has not been an adequate resolution where a quality door has been installed to keep the cold winter air out of the house.

User's recommendation: Buy from a home center that cares about the quality of their product and read reviews first.

Charged me $1,200 for a installed pad but never installed one. Charged me 4,000 for sewer, won’t refund difference. Paid $1,700 for extras they cashed cashiers check, then said they never received it I had to get copies from bank that they did deposit it 5 weeks prior....

All we do is go in circles, they say someone is coming out to fix the problem I wait home all day, no one shows up no one calls nothing. I had water *** out my wall by washing machine no one came to fix it ever.

Pastor of my church came over to help. Fire alarms go off all the time fire dept was called cause I was not home and my dogs were inside howling from the alarms and they said probably faulty wiring.... again Clayton is a no show to fix it.

So we disabled it, wonder if I die in a house fire if they would have taken me seriously. I’ve since started to speak out on social media and called in a local news company to get it on television for all to see.

Ken said he would call you as soon as we hung up at 3:07 on Friday to be sure you had all the supplies needed. New fire alarm, bathroom lights, laundry room cabinets, all the bathroom faucets, the correct porch light that was ordered. Not sure who is going to fix the island counter top, scratches in kitchen sink, subway tile around window, refrigerator door, refrigerator handle, stove handle and bent wall still that has not been addressed yet. Still waiting for you to send me my itemized costs of my home. The $1,700 check from corporate, the 1,200 from the pad you never installed, and then the remaining money from the sewer overpayment I made. My son bought a Clayton home He has called many times about various things that are not compliant with his contract. Doors not locking. Leaking roof. Siding issues. Not level. Not tied down property. This list goes on. His next step is contacting his attorney I suggest you call him at 318 228****
